I am in love with aerobics. No, not the actual activity, but the endorphins the activity brings. In fact, not only am I forlorn when I haven’t had my endorphins, I get downright bitchy about it. I go through endorphin withdrawal, which is way worse than any other withdrawal.
So I have been eating more and more. I am a very tiny woman who can’t stop eating, much to the amazement of most people who watch me swallow entire entrees. Actually most people think I have some horrible eating disorder. Well, they will be happy to know I don’t, I just have a horrible addiction. Which needs to get fed. Because otherwise, I won’t have anything to burn when I run mini marathons on the weekends.
Also, I am using this as an explanation for why I eat so much terribly fattening and unhealthy junk food. Because I need to intake fat in order to burn fat. Otherwise I have nothing to burn and I am negative burning. I am not sure that is a real thing, but let’s pretend it is. I mean, I have never had a whole lot of fat to burn in the first place, but whatever fat was there at one point, hasn’t been there for a while. So yes, the triple cheese burger with bacon and extra deep fried zest is a necessary part of my diet. And no, there are no healthier options.
Also, I am pretty sure I should be having a steady stream of brownies. Chocolate is good for you. It has antioxidants. I am not sure what antioxidants do, but the more the merrier. I am pretty sure this doesn’t count as a blog post since I am not being instructional, informative, or even funny really. But I thought I would share. And rant. Two activities I love almost as much as aerobics.
